So what is the IMPF?

The Ivey Management and Policy Forum (IMPF) is Ivey's only student-led organization with a public policy subject matter focus.

The IMPF is also Ivey's only research organization that is student-led, faculty advised.

What is the goal of the IMPF?

To Educate

Internally:

  • Provide students and opportunity to engage with and learn about public policy issues,

  • Enable students to gain skills related to public policy analysis,

  • Give students hands on policy experience,

  • Expose students to policy-related career opportunities

Externally:

  • Expose young professionals, business school students, to key public policy issues and common sense, evidence- based solutions to address them,

  • Provide the intellectually curious with concise, easy-to-read, pieces of research

  • Expand Ivey's academic offering, filling a gap in the type of research being produced
